Problem with kick's quests

Got two problems first is that sometimes when one NPC have couple quests 2 or 3 he cant claim it just stand and traying and second problem is when my hunter died and revive he cant call his pet traying res him or call but its not working, someone can help me?

Ok here is the problem with pet i cant find with quests but its not always just sometimes he cant take quests and stands
Ok the problem with pet i think i solves just in options i did 2 in pet number and he calls him but still problem with quests
