Problem with key

It keeps saying invalid key and it might be invalid because i did a factory reset on my pc yesterday and forgot to save or write down my key,
im trying to log into budddy auth protal and reset it but when i log in it says wrong password and then when i do forgot password and try to recover it says no user found with that email but when i try to register with my email it says that there is already an account with my email,

just wondering how to fix it

email us at [email protected] with your email address and payment details so that we can verify you are who you say you are and we'll give you your key

I sent my email over, no reply yet, hoping i can get it back within the next 2 hours so i can leave it on over night
