Problem with I putting automatic profile

Hi! When I put the automatic profile levear character gives me the following error.

[FlyTo-v1987(fatal)] Toon doesn't have flying capability in this area, and there is no ground path to the destination. Please learn the flying skill appropriate for this area.

I've seen other post with the same problem, but I have not seen the solution, an admin has told the person restart the PC and try again, and have done so but has not been successful

I now also downloaded the version of the program that is in the web but still with the same error.

And when I want to load the profile for an area's character he stands in front of an NPC and the program puts this out waiting cursor mission

make a new Hb installation from scratch and let me know if that makes any difference plz
