Problem with HB.

Hi.

I got a new computer last day, and I now start to notice when I come home, my screen is black (how can I change this?) and my account is disconnected. I don't think it matters if my screen is black, but why am I disconnected? I can play hours in a row without getting disconnected, so it's not any problem with my internet.

I doubt that. But I mean, the disconnect. My screen is black because like energy saving stuff.

You've answered your own question--its the "energy saving stuff".

Its okay for the screen to go black, but you don't want the CPU to go into suspend or hibernate mode. Same for disk, ethernet, and anything else besides the display.

• For Win7/Vista, Start -> Control Panel -> Power Options -> "Change Plan Settings"
  ==> "Put the computer to sleep:" should be 'never' (under the "Plugged in" column if you have a laptop)
  You might also want to click on "Change advanced power settings" and make sure everything looks good there as well.
  
  
• For WinXP, Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Power Options
  ==> On the "Power Schemas" tab, "System Standby" should be 'never' (under the "Plugged in" column if you have a laptop)
  ==> On the Hibernate tab, uncheck "Enable Hibernation"
