Problem with BuddyStore

Hi all, need your help with the BuddyStore.

When I try to take something from the buddystore I never get it (free items).
Not under ''My Purchases'' nor can I find it anywhere in my folders nor can I access it trough the bot it self.

No idea what I can do about it. When I press 'Obtain for Free' I can not find it anywhere.
This also means I do not dare yet to buy something from the store.
