problem with buddyauth

I am experiencing problems with the BuddyAuth. everytime i close my HB i cant get on again, it says i have maxed out my sessions. when i then try to log into BuddyAuth, it tells me that my password is incorrect. i try to resend a new password, recieve it, and try again, but still it says that either email or password is incorrect... whats happening?
I have to reinstall HB everytime i close it, cus i cant close the sessions in Buddyauth?
 
And basically it tells me that i have maxed out my sessions and therefore cannot log in. ( i refer to an earlier post i made: http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorbuddy-forum/support-issues/51882-problems-bot.html ) It worked for me to reinstall the program. but it cant be true that i have to reinstall it every single time i close it and want to open it again. so basically i cant close my previous session and start a new one, cus i cant get into Buddy Auth to stop the session
 
Okay, this is what I did (I had this problem)

Allow the program in exceptions on firewall..
Run the program as administrator (if on vista, or 7)
Keep restarting wow, and the honorbuddy.exe (only open honorbuddy when logged in)

still dosnt work with my Buddy Auth, but the logging on and off worked for my HB, but my problem is still that i cant log into buddyauth :S
 
i have sent you a new pass(check your email)

and also dont use caps on username
 
somehow even thou i changed my password 700 times now, you made it work :P thank you once again Tony
