problem starting honorbuddy

Hi look I have this problem and I want to request assistance honorbuddy this is the problem in the loading screen is frozen with me is this Please wait a few seconds while Honorbuddy initializes. and this checking for buddy store products.This may take a while.loading freezes and does not work, what can I do? a greeting

in your honorbuddy folder there should be a logs folder. Please upload the latest logs so that the Buddy Team can help you best.

One thing to try is to log into the buddy store and disable streaming of any addons you have from there.

Can you try logging into the buddystore on the site and then going to my purchases and disable streaming on any purchases listed and report back?

I have no purchase on buddy store and this is the first time it happens

and I read that several people that happened after the new update , checking buddystore and fails to load , according says the article does not have any of the store . solution¿
