Problem starting DB

shown this after i try to log in.
We couldn't find a free Diablo process to attach. There are 64bit version(s) of Diablo running. Please make sure you start the 32bit client of Diablo.

What does this mean? Been off DB for a while kind of lost touch. Am using window10

change your client to the 32 bit client in the launcher settings

Just close Diablo 3 and DB and restart both. Happens once and awhile. It's not only a 32 bit thing.
