Problem logging into Honorbot

For the last week or so, everytime I try to log into Honorbot, I get the following message

You have not selected a valid instance of WoW to attach to!
Please restart Honorbuddy and choose a valid WoW instance to use Honorbuddy.
-------------------------------

I'm pretty sure I haven't changed any settings, or done anything that should have caused there to be a problem where there was none before.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
