Problem in Path of Exile constant lag

I am having problem with path of exile when running inside VMware 7. I am having constant lag when running poe in VMware 7 behind VPN it doesn't matter which VPN i chose they are all lagging me. When am not running Path of Exile inside VMware and behind VPN i am not experiencing lag and everything works normal. I am also having low FPS it goes from 5-10-20 FPS spikes. My internet speed is around 20mbps. So anyone got an idea what is the issue, is it my internet or is it my windows 7 operating system and how should i fix it ? I set everything in path of exile configuration to lowest setting it doesn't help me much.

No i have good processor Intel Core i7 5000 series, i just restarted my computer and i don't have no lag or at least i got minor lag but i still have low fps issue not that is not making me big problems but then again i wouldn't mind to be fixed so bot can run smooth on it.

it's not the bot.

the game it self is really really really poorly optimized.

Well the problem with the bot is that it has bug, when running poe in low fps bot starts to move forward and back (dancing) all the time when running and while not fighting monsters.

With low FPS use predictive mode.

thanks for the tip predictive mode fixes the exilebuddy bug with moving forward and back , still got low fps but that's not an issue anymore
