Problem in bgs

I have a problem in bgs, All work fine but My character is walking like a bot....

He walks, Stop 1 Seconds, Again walk, Stop 1 second... and so...

It only happen on bgs i use default profiles tested another ones and happen the same.

I Deleted All Plugin and addons, and happen the same...

Any help please!?
