Problem getting started with keys

I have recieved my Activation id, but i have not recieved my keys. When i open honorbuddy, i have tried using my account name and password, just using my activation key in the username alone, and im not sure what else to try, i bought 2 of the elite sessions and have not recieved either key. Only email i have is the Activate membership one. Which i have done.
 
I did, and i dont see anything under the tabs, there just blank.
 
i tryed signing up and i still dont get any keys please help i wan this soo bad
 
no i checked my emil.i didnt get any link or anything for a code.my email is still g********-at-live.com

like idk i did that and got this account made but i have honorbuddy and when it says login i cant get a key for it
 
ok so i have this account and i downloaded honorbuddy but i go to launch it what ever and it says honorbudy login.so i type my user or what ever and just dosn work
 
lik ei have the bot downloaded jsut i cant get it to launch.like i does and then it says i need a code to contine.wher do i get this code

Hi, Gdog5454,

Your key was emailed to the address you provided when you purchased the Buddy product. Be sure to check your junkmail box--for some reason, filters like to place the Honorbuddy key there.

If you can't find it in email, then do what Tony suggested...

using the same email u used in checkout page and you will be able to track your keys
You must register with the Authentication portal with the same email address you used to purchase the Buddy product. Once you've logged into the portal, your key should be available from there. Just cut-n-paste it into your Buddy product.

If you are unable to obtain the key from the Authentication portal, you will need to send email to [email protected]. You should include your email address you used to purchase the product, and the Transaction ID of the invoice. It can take up to 96 hours for the BosslandGmbH front office to answer the email.

If you cannot get access to the key through the email you were sent, or the authentication portal, there is nothing that the forum mods can do to help you obtain your key. Its up to you to get the information from the BosslandGmbH front office.
