Hi I bought a trial key for 1 day

I have a problem when I'm already in the game and the program shows me the character I press the "attach"
and gives me error message "Could not start the bot."

I cannot get mine to start either and somehow?? =( I'm disappointed I purchased the one day trial to test it out and it wont even load?! I'd very much like to be reimbursed or help with resolving this problem so that I can try it out please??
