Hi, Tony forwarded me your case. I've looked at your logs and i suspect its crashing after casting Disintegrate 4+ times within a short period of time (100ms), we've seen this sort of thing before with other wizard spells (like arcane torrent and ray of frost).
Then it says '10:21:21.733 INFO BrainBehavior Closing error dialog'. So we can ignore all the exceptions after it because they're caused by the disconnect.
In Trinity version 690+ i added some delays to those spells to prevent this issue, so ill update the main trinity thread with the latest build version (692) - download here. (or you can find them all on discord #builds channel).
Make sure when installing a new version of Trinity you go into your DB\Plugins directory and delete the old version's folder first. (FAQ here for why that is)
So try that and see if you have the same disconnect.
If it still occurs, try a different set of skills (all non-channeled abilities) and see if it disconnects.
