[PROBLEM] DB won't start

Hi..

I bought the 3d key yesterday, because I want to see if DB is something for me, before buying the permanent
key. But I ran into problems when trying to start up DB.

I get the following error:

I'm running a fuly updated Windows 10 OS, and all drivers are updated.

Any hints what can be wrong?

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
 
Hi again.

I took the chance and downloaded the "virus-file"
I folowed the guide but ended up with exactly the same
problem as before i did the steps in the guide.

The BuddyWizard.exe just disapeared when trying to run it.. A bit like
a trojan infected file would have done :) ??

Hi Tony.

It seem to be working now.. I do not get the errors anymore. Now
I just cant test the DB software because Blizz made an update that require
an updated DB version.
Gues my 3d key is a bit of waste, but what the heck..

Thanks for great support anyway.. Ill look into buying a 1 UNLIMITED
SESSION Key soon :)
