Prioritizing Transmog Items in Questing?

I've done some preliminary searching, but is there a plugin or addon that will allow me to prioritize getting items that my character can use, as quest rewards? As it presently stands, if the item is not an upgrade, honorbuddy will default to the item that sells for the most. But there's several really amazing transmog items from questing, and since quests can't really be repeated (short of maybe a faction change) it's really unfortunate to miss out on these during the leveling process. Thanks ahead of time for any assistance that can be offered.
