[PAID] [Priest] Insanity - An Advanced Honorbuddy Shadow Priest Routine [PvE/PvP]

Hey Millz,

For the Tier 6 Talents. Which one do you like the best *based on how it works with the bot*?

I use Halo for PvE, and Divine Star for PvP.

Looks like this is better then before. It still gets hung up some, but I haven't had to manually hit ESC to clear the target to get it to switch so far today.

It is still getting hung up in combat and taking a LONG time to make certain choices, tho.

EDIT: I take that back. Just had to manually clear my target in two different combats as it was just spamming the wrong target POI back and forth and not changing.

Yeah, that is why this is so frustrating. I'm watching it target the correct thing then not actually cast or do anything.

Any fix available? The bot just stands still taking damage after pulling mobs.

There currently isn't outside of you manually hitting ESC a couple of times to clear the target. I had to switch over to using Singular, for now, due to the number of deaths I was facing.

Yeah I know about the issue though, will get it fixed in the morning.
 
Did just order this awesome CR :) (reason i know its awesome is cuz i have both Lock and mage from before) and I can't wait for this puppy :)

- In game addon code has been permanently disabled following the PQR / PE ban wave due to speculation around using addons in game.
- Fix to the POI targeting issue.
 
just ordered the shadow profile myself, am looking to compare how well it does... thanks..

Btw, that wasn't a dig when I said I switched to Singular. Your CR's are awesome but I understand that sometimes in software development things break. You have a choice to not doing anything at all, or use something else (that maybe doesn't work AS well). I have faith that you'll stand behind your product and work on getting the bigger issues resolved, etc.

I'll be trying out the new code today. Will let you know in a few hours.

Well you know how sometimes software engineers get tichy about people having issues with their code. =P

So far so good with the update to the target selection. Still running through some quests and haven't had an issue yet (knock on wood).

One suggestion, tho. I did notice that Singular did something that would be nice to see in Insanity. Post-combat it would use Flash Heal to heal my SPriest back up to an acceptable health level instead of bothering to eat food since it was a LOT quicker. I was wondering if you could add that in. Especially since many times I just have the Eat Food/Drink disabled as even if I have the correct Name/Item ID set up in HB I get a "You do not have Food/Drink to use" error most of the time. It's rare that it is an issue, but having the post-combat auto-heal would be nice.

Pretty certain the code to use flash heal is already in there, something like if HP% is below mana % then flash heal. Can't remember exactly off the top of my head, but you do need rest enabled.

Enable the refreshment detection plugin - no need to manually set ID's then.

I have the plugin set and it still doesn't help. It fails out a majority of the time. I've never seen the bot cast Flash Heal post-combat. I could be mistaken, tho.

EDIT: It always seems to do that when it is trying to drink. It eats just fine. Going to turn off the plugin and manually set food/drink and try again for a while.
 
Yeah, manually set the food/drink correctly and it throws that error when it needs to try and drink. It eats just fine (but doesn't cast Flash Heal).

Made a change for this. Update from SVN and try again;

Looks to be working pretty well.

Also wanted to say that the issue I was having in regards to even with AOE turned on the CR not using Mind Sear seems to have resolved itself. It still does try and keep too many non-AOE things going (versus Singular that just goes hard core into Mind Sear mode and burns the crap out of it), but it is a lot better then what it was.
