Prices rapidly droping. What should i do.

Been selling alot of gems lately and that all started over 100g a couple days ago and now they are down to about 50g each. if i back off do you think it will raise back up? or should i maybe buyout the people who undercut me and sell higher?
 
Its going to get worse as we get closer to the xpac. Best bet is to stock up. Pref as many guild banks as possible with all forms of leveling mats. Once MoP starts, people will be leveling monks and you will make a killing.
 
Where might i find profiles to farm lower level mats?
 
Any of the 1-525 profiles will work, when im lazy and want to farm low lvl herbs etc I drop herbing, start it again at lvl 1 and let the 1-525 profile go to work.

Is there a way to do it without droping it? and select just a certain ore or sumthing?
 
are there not going to be low lvl gems that will beat the normal 40 stat gems now?

i can understand stocking up on prof mats like low lvl ores / herbs / leather / cloth and inks?

but gems?

basicly, if the price keeps dropping, dropped on mine from 110 to 60 aswell, stock up, temptation of selling some, resist it :)

i have a hard time doing so, still, i got 4 maxed out gb full allr with inks, cloth, leather and transmog shizzle.

Even tho i think, that new lvl zones greens will beat the looks of the old transmog gear.

Sorry im confused are you telling me to stock up or not too? and also this really sux cuz i just made a profile to cutt gems and sell them which ive made roughly 7.5k in two days just selling gems... not a whole not but i made more with other things like the enchanting mats i got from the greens i made.
 
Rare gems will soon be nigh worthless. This is the one thing I would completely clear my stock of. That and epic gems.

No one will need them for anything soon and you'll end up vendoring whatever you don't sell by Pandaland's release.
 
Rare gems are requiered to level JC! Lots of people will reskill because of the JC mounts.
 
rare (blue) gems aren't neeed for anything. it is blue vendor trash, imho. and i dont believe, gamers will JC for a mount. how many carpets do you see?.

my suggestion for the TS... wait a couple of days, and see how economy reacts. maybe you have some players, who jump on the rollin train, and just want some gold quickly. I had this before. prospected 1000 obsidium /day, sold red, crafted and disenchanter greens and got a fine profit. after about 2 weeks, it wasn't posible to make 1 gold with this system, so i changed my surce. i farmed tin... disenchanted, and got unbelievable 500g/stack moss agathe. after 2 weeks also this makred went down. but the obsidium market was up again.

you cant control the economy. but if you listen carefully to it, you will still be able to make a good income
 
I would recommend you TYCOON , it seems to ( after proper AH Scans ) direct you to the question 'what should i bot farm today' !
 
stack ores in the banks, and start selling when MoP releases, big gold when people lvl up their skills.
