i have opened the AH but the prices change from 30m to 3m and i was seeing what people would think the ' market price ' is.

Terrible piece that doesn't compare to a lot of ilvl63 rare offhands. Legends and sets are a disappointment, bar a few exceptions, they're just bad.

As above poster stated, a quick research on the AH would have done a price check for you.


Edit - You're seeing price variations because set and legendaries have SOME variation on stats, or random rolled affixes. You rolled a pretty bad one, since it has +dam to a skill noone uses.
