Previous Bans on Account and Safety!?

Hey Guys!!

Im a proud owner of the Demonbuddy and HonnorBuddy Bots!! and i had a few questions that can hopefully be answered quickly!

My Diablo account was a victim to the huge ban wave a while back and since then I have started playing WoW again.

So for my first question!!!
Does being banned in Diablo make it more likely for me to be banned in WoW? as in will they be looking at my account more closely since i have one ban? (both my Diablo and WoW license are on the same account)

Question 2!!
I was wondering if blizzard has caught on to how these bots work? I mean they banned a huge number of the Diablo botters, so does that mean they know what to look for in the WoW bots?

Question 3!!!
If all of the above answers look good...how likely is it for blizzard to catch a questing bot? Im not gona run it 24/7 but would like to run 5-10 hours a day with mme watching over it for the majority of the time. (I know that all botting is a risk so please don't give me the reply of that)

No they haven't discovered our bot.
Question botting is difficlut to say, it depends on if you get stuck in the wall for hours then you'll get reported which could lead to a ban.
