Its especially bullshit because the auction plugin used to be free. Now they pull it out and make you pay for it when it was specifically supposed to be free to lifetime users in the past. I understand a relogger being charged for. But if your going to yank the previous auction house bot out of existance and make us pay for it to use it now I'll be taking my future business else where when I decide I need to run more bots.

If you planned on doing this in the first place you should've never posted an auction bot as a plugin to see that it could be done. But this is totally uncalled for.

I totally agree there, you did state plugin's would be free for people with lifetime access, that's why i upgraded to lifetime. Mostly all of Erenion's plugins are broken or been revived by the community, No offence but i knew this would happen, what's going to stop all plugin developer's to pull there app's of the net and start charging now? before long even the CC's and profile creator's will start charging. Bossland this is a wrong business move and proving to the community that your bleeding us dry for money, unless you come up with a solution that will be fair for lifetime user's.

I agree that the Auction house plugin should remain a plug in, i can see charging for a stand along program that can start up bots at set times. But lets not fight about it, an even compromise would be great.

I feel as if its been removed as a plugin and turned into a stand alone program just to circumvent the fact that plugins were supposed to be free to lifetime users. I honestly feel with this move that I've bent over and took it up the tail pipe.

Where as a relogger wouldn't work as a plugin as WoW has to be started before HB. I totally understand that part. But I've seen the working auction plugin in the past.

There's a misunderstanding here. eAuction is still a plugin and it always will be - the relogger just utilizes this plugin to make an automated system. The relogger is a stand-alone program that is seperate from HB/GB and is not a plugin.

As for why my plugins are broken? I was in Europe for 2.5 months. I'm working on revising them but this relogger is taking up most of my time and the community can now support its own plugins unlike when they were first released and for a time I was the only person making them.

eAuction has not been released, he did release a version (it was free) many month's ago but it has not been updated for many month's, now they have updated it and there selling it with a relogger aswell.

No the thread where he DID release some sort of version is not on the forum anymore. Any links that were posted pointing to it 404. As in its been scrubbed from the forum itself.

It might of got binned when we moved website since it had not been updated in some time.

I've been under the impression from past posts that the auction plugin had been turned into part of this stand alone program. If eAuction will be back on the website and be working just as well as this program thats fine with me. I don't really need a relogger when HB isn't crashing. And if need be theres people I can ask that would gladly let me get their relogger for free anyways. I have no need for it tho. I almost never get disconnected. I've run 26 windows for 24 hours straight with no disconnects besides crashed bots.

I don't sell gold... But standing at the auction house for 30 mins couple times a day isn't my idea of fun.

eAuction was released for HB1.0 when dll plugins were useable - it was possible to protect the source code. As of right now dll plugins are not avaliable and thus the source cannot be protected. As such it has not been released - thats the only reason. It will be released at such a time as the source can be protected. As for how the "paid plugin" system will work I can't comment - check offical posts.

If they turn DLL's back on people will start selling CC's too. Maybe they should. Maybe I should sell shadowstrike since everyone else is trying to sell everything. This website is headed in the wrong direction. It's never going to reach glider size if things keep being done this way.

Erenion if I am getting this wrong please let me know. You say that the AH plugin will stay a plugin. I have not heard your stance one whether it should be free or not. If you do intend the AH plugin to be free why not just release the source so the community can keep it updated and even help with the development. If you plan to monetize the AH plugin then I understand.

It should not be that difficult to create a plugin for the auction house utilizing quick auctions or some other wow addon.
The only reason I even load up Pirox anymore is because someone has released a profile on there forum to create and uncercut auctions utilizing Quick Auctions 3.

eAuctionhouse is going to be a "paid plugin" , thus it will be free for the users with GB lifetime, but requires payment for others.

As far as i know anyway.

then this pluing is quite expensive, if you farm 17 hours a day, you need 3 seasons of "bossland reloger", 3 seasons * 8 accs = 24 eur per month = one year licence of hb :]

If it decided that the auction house segment will be chargeable I want a refund - it was the only reason I decided to buy my lifetime subscription. I don't care if it's a "separate program" or a plugin, as tbh a separate program is just another case of a corporate entity screwing the little guy! By all means charge more for the lifetime package once its released but let those that have alrady taken the plunge get it free abiding by the words and THE SPIRIT of the promise you made to lifetime subscribers.

I understand your point and i support it, but saying you payed 80 € for something that has made you 120 € seems like youve gotten the better end of the deal.

The only solution I can see to this that would be fair is either a) Make auction part accessible to lifetime members or b) give lifetime members 1 slot. Otherwise a ton of your users are going to feel screwed and revolt, and in the long run, running a bot site is useless if all your members get pissed and stop using your bot. No more income = no more bot site.

When the auction bot was released it was said multiple places in the thread that it would eventually be charged for and it was free as a beta. I don't see why everyone assumes that what has been said in the past has changed about paid plugins... There is nothing to suggest that it has.
