Precursor to a Ban?

I get this message in the chat box in Diablo, on one of my accounts

[Kalaryte] whispers:[Game Master]GM: Hi Blizzard Entertainment notifies you.(Abnormal account)! please visit: sure that you are the original owner of the account. Or the system will suspend your account.

is there anyone else that has received this, in a private chat?

I can give the website, link but don't know if its safe.

Phishing scheme, nothing more. No blizzard employee would use such terrible grammar in a communication with a customer.

scammer. He tried to steal your account. Once you enter to its website and fill out your information, he'll steal your account right away.
