Pre-purchase concerns

Hello,

I am getting ready to purchase this however i have a few questions:

I would run this bot on a laptop that has never had glyph/AA on it and would be dedicated botting laptop

1) Are there any guides that show how to protect my real accounts that i would be playing on different computers on the SAME network? (not experienced using proxies or finding private proxys to buy)

2) Does this depend a lot on your own coding skills? Or is there enough public/private plugins that would make the bot make you money?

I prob will have more that i will ask as this topic goes on..

1) at the moment it seems like they are catching onto proxies and blacklisting a lot of them. I would advise against this.

2) Yes and no. At the moment a lot of people are experiencing bans for using the questing plugin and for using multiple accounts on the same computer. If you bot smartly and don't leave it to do its own thing, you should be fine. AKA don't let your bot grind mobs in an area for an hour or two straight ignoring everyone and what they say. You will be flagged by another player as a "suspected user" after five flags your character will be frozen and a GM will visit to decide if you are a bot or not.

So do you suggest not using a pro_xy? Wont that leave my other accounts on different computers vulnerable? Or is a VPN enough?

You can try using a proxy, but do some research on the forum first. Your bots should be fine though so long as they don't get reported without being proven innocent.
