Hello people, i have 1 question, what's the current Power Consume of our new PC's? I mean, how many Kw/h does a PC consume boting? With the screen off :D

I've an i5 with 8gb ram and 560GT TI oc and a Asus Sabertooth motherboard.

Sorry for my crappy English XD

~200w

depends on hardware, usually the newer the hardware, the better the power-efficiency.

Running:
i7-2600k OC'ed to 4.5GHz
GTX670 FTW 2GB
24GB of RAM
1 SSD
1 SATA HDD
5 1920x1080 LED Screens

My UPS shows I am pulling 310W out of the 600W it can output.

I don't know what the deal is with increasing PSU wattage and saying people need it. I guess only if you run quad SLI and OC, then you need 1kW+ PSU's but no one really even needs 500+.

(Although mine is a Corsair 750W cause I was an idiot 2 years ago; Corsair PSU's are great though.)

Total power draw depends on a lot of things. If your question is does power cost more than just buying gold online then its a computer to purchase investment.

running my bots vs leaving my pc on (which i always do) consumes about 100W (based on my old i7 950 consuming about 70% cpu usage - max id assume is 130W) more than usual, so to me personally its not really a cost factor. never bothered reading all the threads with "not worth it" in the title

Thank you everybody for your replies, my question it's because i usually pay 50? for my electric bid, but this month it's like 100? and i don't know if it's because of the PC running 24/7 i think 50?/month for a PC running 24/7 it's not possible XD

0,200kWatt * 24h * 30 days * price per kw/h (in my case 28,6cents) = xx ? (in my case 41,184? per month)

Remember this is a low profile pc.

150Watt = income from 1 bot just for power costs.

how old are you? 13?

1 or 2 bots are not worth it if you have to run the pc more time than usual.

running a pc 24/7 with 300 watt is 2,15 euro per day where i live. = 64 euro / month

Thanks mate, now I realized that it's not worth it for me to bot XD!

Let's sell all the stuff and keep working :P

I'm making some math (I'm not really good at maths XD) and that's what i get the following...

Supposing my PC consumes 300W/h or what is the same 0,3Kw/h, okay the Kwh in my country is at 0,135145?/h that means 0,3Kw/h * 0,135145?/h = 0,0405435?/h

so 0,0405435?/h is what my PC consumes in ? each hour if i multiply it for 24hours = 0,973044?/day
if do it again for month (Supposing each month have 30 days): 0,973044*30 = 29,19132?/month for my PC running 24/7

So definitely it's not 64? as you say (At least in my case)

I've won like 40? in 2 weeks (A crap, i know xD) running 3 bots so, for the moment it is still worth for me dedicate 20min each day to clean crap and sell the good stuff...
