Greetings Team,

Easily understand the downtime for changes considering the new implementation by blizz. My question is... while patiently waiting the release, since I activated the key and its not working my two questions are. (and sorry if jumping the gun)

1. Will key time on a brandnew key be grandfathered to start when DB is safely functionally again?
2. If worst case scenario happens will there be refunds?

In general Bossland has a policy of “You will get what we give you and you will like it”. Either that or you will have to post a log.

Blizz has with this season implemented a memory "warden" of sorts that auto runs.. I proudly support a delayed release until everyone is safe as well as the safety of there subscribers. Im hinting at if this takes a month.. will i get another month HEHEH or if this never gets resolved.. are we getting refunds :)... this isnt a bash post as some may have no idea why its not solid and released yet. enjoy and safe botting all.

This is completely fine, but there should be some kind of a statement from devs stating if they are having any difficulties with bot update, and not just "shut up and wait + close thread" policy that has been going around since Blizz released new patch. It would be absolutely fair to all the people who paid and are waiting.

All keys will get their time extended in around 24 hours after the new bot release, don't worry.

i think this will take a long time to fix..maybe a month or 2...season 14 it is rip s13

Patience is a virtue people, cacophony isn't good for anyone. Better to wait to hear from someone with meaningful information. They are most definitely working on it!
 
the information that I have is that blizz used the same guardian (patch) that he used in wow to eliminate bot, that is, they are going to delay a bit in the repair or in doing a completely new one. What people want to know is that if their money is protected, they ask for an official message from the administration to ensure that there will be compensation. The rest, we all know that they are working on a solution.

Easy man,
If they can win blizzard on this path, well please shut the ** up and take my money, i'll pay quarterly,
if they cant i think they can took mine as well, cause i wont play D3 anymore without db.
