This does not happen at all, or if it does, it is such an rare event, that i haven't caught it happening on screen while i watch. But my bots handle elites pretty well, some packs die for 3-4-5 seconds. Here is the build, but if you search the forums you will be able to find enough good builds. All u need besides dps is 550+ all ress and 41k+ hp.

my monks are better geared then that, 600 + AR and like 45k hp is lowest one i think and lots of dmg. will try that build. only different thing on mine is the 3rd passive and i guess ascension will be needed for sure for mp4

Wait, are you running just keeps depth 2? or are you able to do all areas of act 3 on mp4?

Dude, i am running SkyHigh Max profile with ease. You are doing something wrong i have chars who don't use one with everything and have some more spirit regen instead.
