I cannot figure out how to work Gatherbot, i downloaded both Gold Seller and Standard edition... but i am not sure how to start the bot.. i double click the exe says i need to attach the character and account but how?

This means you first have to log in to wow. Then, open gatherbuddy.exe and all should be fine.

It shows i have to create a macro to use my mount can i just place my mount there on Bar 3 - key 1 Also for my attacks do i just place it on action bar 1 wherever i want?

Im not sure what your asking but if you mean how to get it to convert them to eternals, most people use a mount macro like this:
