possibly stupid but it wont loot items after killing any help I would love

i have loot turned on or i have enabled combate looting open chest loot containers open chest destroy environment... its killing but its not runing around gathering any thing but gold that it walks over becuse its heading tords some thing else. where am i wrong and any ideas or sujestions on profiles for solo mage grinding to get to 60. and when i get 60 what to grind that i can be able to grind for best rmah profit. any tips would be great.

Did you set the bot to pick up magic / rare items?
sometimes people make the mistake by change tabs from lvl 60+ to 63 or sometimes even none...

where is that setting?
i am low lvl, lvling up. but that sounds like it he some times picks up potions and he gets gold from time to time but no blues rares or any thing
