Possible trojan in latest beta release - The new DB file

So, ive seen no info on this, and this file and its "features" are not mentioned in ANY changelog from 110.

Im sure there might be a completely legit reason for this, and why theres been no word of it. But im leaving this here, asking you Nesox... Why is this file here?

Yeah i know, i was thinking it was probably used after the changes to the taskbar icons/tray. False positives i suppose, but that does not explain why theres an executable inside.
