Possible to get a refund by calling Blizzard?
Chargeback with CC?
Filing dispute with PayPal?

???

Won't know until you try. Chargeback should be the safest one i think. Just claim you didn't get what you purchased. (The game that you can no longer play)... let us know if it works

You should go for it. I spent like $100 on gear and they banned that account. Fucking Blizzard dickheads. At least just give people one warning or something. They are one greedy ass company.

Definitely worth a try. It's really easy to chargeback stuff with paypal. You could always say your little brother used it without your permission. In either case, you really didn't get what you paid for. It's like they gave something to you then took it away.

I love righteous botters. "What dickheads, all banning us just because we fucked up their game economy and are abusing their game for personal gain. Didn't even give me a chance to transfer all my gear to another account so i could start botting again within 24 hours."

I'm all for "Fuck blizz, they ruined the Diablo franchise with this terrible game" but let's not kid ourselves and say we're sticking it to the man and those corporate pigs.

Every botter that thinks they are "above" chargebacks is a complete hypocrite/moron and likes giving money to blizzard.

I hate Blizzard.

I ALWAYS Chargeback.

... and I always win

Well TOS aint the law. So anything is possible. ive lost 1 WoW Acc in my time of botting and i got my money back on that.

You are a thief, nothing more.

Your are a Moron and a Noob.

Have fun breaking all blizzards rules and completely destroying the economy for the casual gamer while you hold your head up high because your "above that."

But seriously, you should send them more money. So instead of fixing their crappy, completely broken, multiplayer only game, they can mount a stronger legal defense against demonbuddy and continue to fund Jay Wilson's twinkie addiction.

Hats off to you sir, money well spent.

Chargeback from where? You buy from blizzard store and they ban you then you chargeback?

He's on a botting forum and keeps posting shit like this all the time, check his history. Newsflash son; you're breaking 90% of the rules blizzard makes you agree not to break by botting, get over yourself wanker.

You purchased the game knew that botting would get you banned and decide to charge back because of it ? I get fighting the ban and threatening to charge back but actually doing it ? That's fraud you cheated you know it stop being a scammer and move along.

I'm all for getting a clean account back that you did not bot on, but charging back on accounts you botted on shows the type of person you're ready to scam anyone at a moments notice.

You're a thief and hes right you're trying to justifying fraud because you hate the company. You cheated you know it and yet you still feel you were wronged ? I fear for you in real life when you're forced to move out of your parents basement.

An old saying you did the crime now do the time. You botted you knew they would ban you its a risk deal with it. Also to everyone here these 2 are the same type of people who will charge back the second they can if DB doesn't work for a few days and are probably the same douche bags who charged back IB because it was down a few days.

Fraud LMAO,

You should save your piss poor reasoning for another forum, you don't know the meaning of the word.

Despite their best efforts, Blizzard can't write their own laws. The TOS is complete meaningless garbage to anyone except Blizzard, and apparently morons like you who use it as a template to whine about morality on a botting forum (again, idiot, why don't you GTFO).

So botting is wrong and bannable because Blizzard said so in their TOS?
Wrong.

If we filed a class action lawsuit against blizzard to get the money back for all our banned accounts, I believe we would win hands down. An automation program, that clicks the mouse for you, is NOT hacking a game. For obvious reasons a lawsuit is a completely retarded idea, so a chargeback is the best solution.

A bot does nothing more then click the mouse for you, over, and over, and over. I paid for this game and regardless of their TOS I do not think they should be able to ban me based on the method I choose to send mouse clicks to their crappy program; whether that?s a mouse, keyboard macro, or Demonbuddy.

If they wanted to stop bots, they should have made something that requires human thought and problem solving. I would have love to play it, and pay for it. But no, that?s not blizzard. They had 10 years, completely failed, and spent all their money (that could have went to development) on hyping up this complete shit game, and dragging bot writers to foreign courts.

Honestly, I think they like the bots, and this scheme they created, because every time they ban morons like you they get a $60 paycheck. This game literally seems like it was MADE to bot.

Regardless, I?m sure your still going through puberty so this ethics argument may above your mental capacity. Here some possible scenarios for your feeble mind to contemplate.

1) You are poor and buy D3 for your 9 year-old-son, he downloads an Auto It script and gets banned in two weeks. Now he?s left with nothing, and you?re out the cash.

2) A highly decorated combat veteran and Marine get?s shot in the pelvis during Second Battle of Fallujah - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia and the 7.62mm round pinches the spine slightly impairing basic motor functions. Making ?fast clicks? impossible with either hand. Should he get banned for programing something to send the clicks to the client so he doesn?t have to? It seems like this would be his right under the American?s with disabilities act of 1990, no? Weird how it?s not mentioned in the TOS?.

Anyways, feel free to jump in and argue your high and mighty, misinformed, ignorant position some more noob.

EXACLTY

I couldn't agree more with you.. there's those kind of people that will always, no mater what, blindly kiss big corporation's ass, pisses me off too

And you used Wikipedia to backup your points, this is possibly more fail than this whole troll thread

I filed 3 chargebacks lololol I simply said the game was no longer playable and listed all the complaints most people have about the game figuring Paypal has been hit with a ton of these type of chargebacks they will just push it through.

No harm in trying.

If you purchased the game in a store you can try taking it back especially at places like Target and Walmart that just don't give a shit. Their employees are so mad they're working that counter they just don't even bother arguing with you.

The game box does not list that it requires an internet connection to play the game - you can try saying you bought it for your son but when you found out that he HAD to play online you decided to bring it back since you don't like the idea of him interacting with adults in a game.
