possible to gain some income using Exilebuddy?

First of all, if you do most things right, is it possible to gain some income using Exilebuddy? Like finding rare items and selling them for real money?
I'm from Romania (average income around 200-300 eur) so 100 eur/month is really enough to a start.

Yes, But requires a place to sell items to and only in current leauge.. ie invasion
