Possible Repair Bug found?

In the Attachment is a Log where you can find my problem. He is trying to repair but everytime when he stands next to the vendor he does nothing and i have to repair by hand. By the Way he is spamming this messege when he stands next to the Vendor:

Version: HB 1.9.5.9
Plugins:
- enabled: DHX ebuy (newest), AutoEquip, MountDetect
- disabled: Liquid Disenchant 2.0.0.5, eRefreshment

Functions:
- enabled: Loot Mobs, Loot Chests, Learn Flightpaths, Lootradius 45, Use Experimental PathFollowing
- disabled: all other

And in the Attachment a Log where hopefully everything you need is included (I run several Chars so it might be that there will be parts from other chars)

I have this bug all the time, the search is broken so: please help.
EDIT: Opened profile, clicked my vendor then "Target Info" in HB, copy&pasted that info into the profile, now it works (do every client now have a slight different position or what?).

oh... seems that i've got a lot of work then if i've to change all the vendors
