Possible DB Ban/Flagging issue for lowbies?

I was just leveling up my lowbie on act 1 and never got townportal yet, and tried out a profile that had loot on. Once stash was full, it townportal me back to town without me having it available (never got the townportal quest yet). Is that suppose to happen . I feel like my account is flagged now for doing something that isn't possible in a normal game.

To the devs, you should add a check if townportal is available before activating it. Seems like it is editing the memory or calling something from memory that isn't possible from a normal aspect. Kinda risky feature if you ask me >< Guess i'll wait and see in the next banwave.

Townportal is available to all chars if u join a game where the guy is on a highter quest.

But I bot solo, don't want to join public games so they can't have me on their recent list. Also, got no high char, starting from scratch with my single char. Thought I point this flaw out in case anyone else runs into it and might get a possible flag for using townportal when it's not suppose to be available.

So what you are saying is DB shouldn't add a fix to make their bot safer and to always use a work-around . Guess you have the opposite thinking of the DB team. There goal is to be safer and if this improves that safety, so be it and implement a quick townportal check.

Seems like you are more of the troll instead of helping them improve the DB software.

This has been discussed before - the dev team is well aware of it and decided it was not something worth "fixing" at this time.

yep. it's been brought up by a number of people (including myself when db first launched). It just hasn't been fixed yet

The same thing happened with my new char and on a new account. I actually just left it going, farming and TPing back, lol.
