Poseidus (rare npc)

I have camped 6 hours every 2-3 days for the last 3 weeks in vash'jir ofc.
I use raremob killer plugin and profilechanger with all poseidus profiles, changing profile every 3min.
Im playing on Eu server so maintance is in about 3 hours and this week Poseidus got killed 2 times on my server.
Im wondering if someone know something about Poseidus spawn timer

Ps. He got killed right after maintance and 3 days ago.

Maybe a silly question but how do u know when it was killed? forums or ?

Its called, ask the people who sells it when they got it

I overslept so i wasnt able to hunt him after maintance, logged 4 hours after and he had already spawned and got killed

i dont know if the script is still working but some on wowhead says that when i cant click on the link he havent got killed and if i can click on the link he got killed already this week.

i wouldnt rely on the script as there is also an aeonaxx script and right after maintenance it could be linked.. tried it multiple times.

Then they updated it in the latest patch

The link just means the item has been cached to server, someone could log in with it in bags and it will link. Also since there server queues for dungeons etc someone from another server could have in bags etc..Not very reliable

It being on auction house accomplishes the same thing
