I don't think you understand. People can probably play. I certainly can. Just don't have enough time and I just don't enjoy the stuff I have to do if botting was taken away and would quit cause it would be too time consuming.

Some people are simply not kids who go to school with loads of time you know.
It's not about having loads of time.
But all you could bot, you usually don't need to play the game. If it's PVE or PVP. You make enough gold through raiding, trading and if you want also manual farming. (enough means to enjoy PVE / PVP)

I aggree that the game is to complex to get everything you could and maybe botting might help, but do you need everything in that game to enjoy it?
Maybe you can help me to unterstand, why it's necessary to bot and what you are doing while you are not botting and enjoying the game.

nope. after 5 years playing wow. botting is the only thing keeping it somewhat new for me.

Indeed i would (:
as it is now i enjoy doing pvp with my friend, though i would probably not have money for the best avaible enchant and all that, though fuck that, and i prolly won't finnish my goal of having 1 og each class at max lvl

I would like to play multiple classes in PvP and just wanna sort of "frag" rather then farm gear or mats or whatever. So to level 2 or 3 classes to 85 and get them some gold for mana drinks, food, Honor points for pvp gear... That would need botting as I dont have time for that. After that I play the game myself. I do Arena's with my colleagues / friends and I really enjoy that. So yes, I do play myself and enjoy it, and I use HB to skip the shit I don't enjoy, really.

I don't sell gold or anything like that. I only have one account.

That being said, I find it really lame that some people even want a bot to get them arena rating, so in a way I do understand your point of view, but hey, nothing I can do about that now can I. So I just accept that... Even tho I will never use that kinda bot.

HAHAHA exactly what i do... I tried to quit wow some times, but addiction is such that I always came back to the game. Now I bot 24/7 (as long as my connection allows) and flood the AH with goods at my main account, just "wishing" I finally get a perma-ban to quit wow.... But they just don't ban me! hahahah...

emmmmm, go and jump in the middle of oggrimar saying you are a bot, then start crashing into walls, that should do the trick, you get banned and you are out of the game :)

Quit for sure, I just started WoW before Cataclysm & I don't know how to play any class by hand. Only got accts/subs to bot with not for fun - since the "awe" of level grinding wore off a couple mmo's ago. Thankful I have a work from home job that lets me micro-manage bots while I work (yes...your customer service rep is actually playing WoW while you drone on and on about something far less important).

I've played wow long enough where I know the true satisfaction of starting a level 1 and putting every minute of played time under your finger tips. May sound a bit obsessed but wow to me is a passion so I wouldn't quit. I played when hitting lvl 70 was godly. New players don't have the pashion old players did. Hats off to vanilla vets that took dedication.

Heyyyyyl no. This is not a game for me. It is simply a place in which my legion of hunter-gatherers can amass enough cash to easily acquire every shiny bauble I can pile on my internet man-dolls.

World of Warcraft: Mine's bigger.

Considering since I started back 3 weeks ago, I have played a total of 3 BGs..... I would say No. I am pretty much paying my subscription just to bot. Plan to sell everything again eventually.

I've played the MMORPG game of wow since July 2006, 6 months before Burning Crusade, which was Jan, 1997 I believe. I still have the original computer game of WoW and all its expansions that I played before I knew of an mmorpg client to wow. So the answer to the question is ... OF COURSE! YES.

Oh, I tried the gold selling silliness back when Glider was the big kid on the block, but in the end, it became more work for me than my other normal RL job. Of course there are those that will argue it's not hard, but it is when you're goal is to make $1000.00usd a week selling wow gold, which I never achieved, but in my normal job it'se asily doable. I had some 6 computers running . So the costs of the equipment alone, just trying to hit my goal was silly.

But Now! With all my end game 85s (the majority of them only part time botted...mostly for mats, for their individual professions) are geared and raiding! NawI wouldn't quit just because we lost yet another good bot. Too much money , time and fun in the game to have and do, to do that!

I dont have my originals but i have a battle chest that say $40.00 on it haha

If no one else was botting i could live with it.
Botting is only destroying the game, it would be alot better if no ne did bot, but now they do so my chosie is to bot.

ruined the game? Please explain how people farming with a bot and making ah prices go down and leveling there characters afk is ruining the game for you.

I bot 14 hrs a day on one account. On the other account, I sell the mats and put them in my bank. If my botter gets banned, who cares? I'm quitting WoW soon anyways. I go 14 hrs so I get lots of gold, but I don't want to be banned before I'm ready. I'm worried that 24 hrs will be too much. I'm almost at 300k gold (i WAS going to stop at 250, but i kept going. then i was going to stop at 300, but I'm thinking I can go up to 400 to maximize my $. I mean, I'm not playing. If i had to do ANY of this by hand, I would kill myself. So to answer the question. No. WoW is getting boring, and with college soon, I'm going to be busy with working out, school, ROTC, ladies, parties. Only reason I've stayed subscribed to WoW was because I don't actually play anymore LOL!

No. Most likely and definitely no.

Reason?

I have carpal tunnel syndrome. Both my wrists freeze up and goes numb when I "play" too much. With the bot, I still feel like I can play while not hurting myself anymore.

Ye, i would...
Im tanking FL by hand and lvled the one im playing by hand, so ye :)

well i would, cuz i play since 2 years and grinded 3 chars on 85 ..and some other toons and twinks between 50-70 ..so i have no probs with or without
