Archaeology is only worth it if questing isn't working well and/or you have artisan flying. Questing is the best and safest when Honorbuddy is at a stable release as well as Kickazz's profiles. I did a bit of grinding personally at 80-85 to speed it up and not get stuck in a quest, not for too long though because it can be risky. The only safer, quicker thing is five RAF accounts all partied together running instances.

Fastest way i've done it is


Account A = Account i want level 90 / 90 bots on... IS ALSO THE ACCOUNT I HAVE A LEVEL 90 TANK ON

I refer a friend to to Account B

I then refer a friend from account B to Account C (?20 investment for the expansions ?10 x 2)

I then use

Botanists 1-10 Grind Profile on two level 1 orcs (got to be same starter race) click start on Account B & C.... Although they are grinding they are getting the 3 x XP bonus from RAF

At level 10 I load up my tank, and use botanists RAF 10-80 Profile

10-80 can be done in about 16hours easily

Once account B & C are level 80 (or lower)


I make a alt on ACCOUNT A Use quest bot up to around 20-40 (which takes no time at all) then from

Account B i grant 30-40levels to my level 40 alt on account A.... i now have a level 80 or near it on my MAIN/Bot acc


Also you can merge acc B & C to the same Email as A So in total your have 3 level 80s... and the questing from 80-90 on Account A is pretty easy

on the account B & C You can do the same, or keep the 80s as old content bots... if not... repeat the RAF Profile, and keep granting levels to the main account

I use a combination of Kicks, Pangaea and Arch bot to level. I think a lot of botters get in too big of a hurry to level their toons and end up running the bots much longer than they should.

Well I do know they messed up when getting xp for pet battles just came out for 5 or 6 hours, they had to hotfix it. other then that I have no idea

maybe its no great accomplishment but i leveled a DK with heirlooms (no trinkets though) in 1.5 days played time by questing. 85-90 was particularly quick now that xp requirements have been reduced.

Last 3M was doing lazy raider tuanha DK CC running all pandaria dungeon quests.

How insane is "INSANE"? Are we talking higher than ~2.8mill xp/hour, which is what kicks questing kinda ends up giving at most?

I never run Kicks, sorry.. Seems like 90% of the quest profiles get stuck after 3 or 4 quests.. WAYYYY too buggy for use.

fastest way the bot levels my characters though... i would say not afking and doing any of the above. each has it's issues along the way.

Your attempt to be funny has failed. You my retract your statement and try again. However, by doing so you take the chance of failing again. Thus making your statement an epic fail. Once the level of epic fail has been reached there is nothing you can do but crawl into a dark hole and wait until this thread falls to page 5 or 6 to come out. I just got back into WoW last monday. Looked up HB and downloaded it (lifetime) my first 85-90 was my frost mage...hit 90 with grindbot in 20hours. :O

I am just now trying out questing for the first time. I'm using Kick's...and in 16hours i'm level 21. not bad.

I'd say questing is better because honestly, i hated answering the all too frequent question , " How did you hit 85 without doing any quests?" mostly while doing dailies and my achievement rang in guild chat lol. The worst was the 50 quest achievement.lol.

I now prefer the questing as it almost eliminates the need to go to the AH every 10lvls to re-gear.

This poll needs more options: RAF boosting through grinding and RAF boosting through dungeoning, both of which are way faster than any option shown here. If you have access to 3 accounts, you can easily get 11 level 80's on at least 2 accounts in a month of free play time, and with wow accounts only being 5 bucks, it's cheaper than a month of play time. It's not fully afk, but it's fast and effective.

For every 2 characters you level to 80, you can grant another straight up to 80 as well, so that will save you huge amounts of time. The Symbiotic profiles are amazing and since you're the only one in dungeons, the chances of being reported are slim.
