It pauses (not stops) honorbuddy.

Damned, I tested it just before and saw it suspends HB. Nevertheless, I used another way to block the HB behavior. I also added more features into my plugin.

As we are not in a perfect world, HonorBuddy sometimes needs some helps in the case it's stuck, it cannot pick up a quest, it dies in loop because it cannot kill a mob. For me, botting is more than just pressing one button.
