[Poll] Pause button needed ?

why should we need it ?could someone please explain this to me ?

For me, a pause button is sometimes useful, when:
1. I see my Toon stuck somewhere and want to unstuck it without making some Matrix-BotOverride-moves, that make my toon look suspicious to other players
2. I want my Char to pause the profile, but not complete restart it (mostly for daily profiles, where a lot of players come together do the same quests), because the stop/start button may send you to a place somewhere the profile starts..

I guess only "Questbot" would realy need this feature, but i think if it would be that easy, they'd already implemented it.
(Pirox Bot had one.. )

yea I forget aout the quest bot but I think it's useful for daily quest only and singular has an hotkey when you move with a,s,d,w the bot will pauze for 3 sec

From what I tested, it only works when HB gives the hand to Singular, when the char is in combat (it seems to be logic moreover).

This would be soo helpfull.. bot gets stuck somewhere, or you manually have to do 1 action in between, saves a lot of hassle..

I'm in favour of a PAUSE button.
I've made a few lengthy grind profiles, and if I stop the bot (for any reason) and restart it, HB wants to move to the first hotspot again instead of continuing from the closest.

FYI: the mechanism works, but for the moment we need to press the settings button of the plugin to pause the bot, it's not really convenient, he needs to find a better solution before releasing the beta version.

I'm waiting the next release of HonorBuddy before beginning to write something reliable. (the next release brings a new *very cool* class to handle hotkeys)

A pause button would be very nice. There are a lot of times during questing where the bot doesn't want to work and I have to manually do something. Or times when I'm writing a profile, and need to watch the bot closely to see if it does what I ask of it. Then when I continue working on the profile and want it to do the next thing I can pause, then research and add to what I have. I know some people are saying "WTF do you need that for", but look at the poll numbers.

I believe this should be a function added to the bot. This way stopping and starting again does not clear xp/hr, gathered herbs, etc. Also, sometimes in questing it has to re-read through the whole profile to know where to start again. A simple pointer method and storing your current memory location into memory, then storing it into a temp, then calling it back does not seem like it would be a pain in the ass to develop, however, I do believe there are higher priorities of things that need to be fixed before a HB supported pause/unpause button is added.

Also, I use HBrelog, so stopping the bot results in the bot to start back up again. If I hit stop on HBrelog it just quits wow and HB. So a pause button would be great.
