Which do you use for gathering nodes?

No flaming.
All discussions of why you prefer the one are welcome.
 
I use both myself, depending on how long I want to run for.
Short time=GB1
Long time=GB2
 
I like the usage of CCs.
I like not to upload a file to a server and can't make some instant changes in that profile.
I like the mesh.

I don't like macros :).

So I use GB2 :)
 
if you want like 30 accs opened on your pc without a special setup(pc setup)
you must choose Gb cause its very light

Gb2 is smarter on nav and combat
 
I use both, I still like the rare mob beep on GB1 (As far as I know the option isn't in the newest version of HB, I can't find it)

Approx how much CPU and memory does HB1 use over 2? Right now I'm running HB2 right this moment with 3-6% CPU and 1-2MB of memory rising to 10MB when it finds and gathers a node or needs to fight. Mining in Deepholme with a public profile.

Wow is using 17% CPU and 712MB of memory (settings not on lowest, only one session)
 
GB2, you get to use plugins. 'Nuff said ;D. Also, it's just generally awesome :).
 
Can anybody tell me where i can find a good uldum mining and a TH Herb/Mine for GB2 ?
 
I use GB2 with a GB1 Profile with the plugin wich makes it possible to use GB1 profiles.
The reason why i do that is: With GB1 i always had some troubles with farming in winterspring, it would go to bank to empty his bags and then go to flightpath and try to fly to wintergrasp, but then it couldnt and logged out. With GB2 that problem is fixed, and i can use it all night long :)
 
GB1. I do not have lifetime, that may be one of the reasons.
But i can imagine GB1 beeing alot better by the fact that GB is way more stable when HB. The only - is the macro dependency it have.
GB1 is also much more lightweight then GB2
 
GB1 looks like a real bot but is more fail prof
GB2 i like the CC and that it doesn't go back to hotspot after a herb or mine has been gathered..:) (looks funny)

I'm currently using GB2 but it still haven't got that many profiles... i'm specificly looking for a good TH profile with mailbox and repair:)
i'm also missing the function that closes wow if you get DC'ed, kinda makes my relogger meaningless:( , BTW can i in some way make make that work anyhow??

But GB2 is still way better than GB1, totally a step in the right direction:)
 
i gota be honest, i was using GB1 till ilke yesterday, but GB2 is awesome the usage of CC and the navigation, was kind of strange when someone tried to ninja your node and after looting you went straight up, it has become one of the biggest tells for a botter but with GB2 find a new method to report us!
 
I love using GB1 for farming old school stuff, it seems to work a bit faster for me for that.

However, when I do anything my level, GB2 all the way!
 
GB1.. simply because of less ram usage.. and I already set everything up xD Lazy ass ^^

Of course cc's are better for combat.. but atm gb1 works for me.. never change a winning team

This was my exact thought also, until I put my mage and paladin on GB2, and wow. With the pally I think it kills faster than I would, but the mage, meh, easily takes on up to 4 mobs.
 
GB2.. I can't see how people are using GB without people reporting on sight. It has some pretty obvious bot behavior lol.
