Pokestop to pokestop not catching pokemons

Did re-download the bot, did not solve the issue. (have worked good for a couple of days)

Check to make sure your bags arent full for pokemon. It was doing this to me this morning and I didnt relieze I didnt have room for anymore pokemon
 
I have 145/250 pokemon, but my item bag is full tho. But that should not be a problem with pokemon I guess.
 
Anyone knows? it's pokemon on the map bot still not catching
 
I'm having the same problem with only 74 pokemon in my collection so that isn't the issue. Wondering if there was a ban or something.
