Pokemon disappearing, with a catch!

Like many post my pokemon are disappearing as well with one catch. My Pokefarmer will catch 1 Zubat and thats it only once and nothing else. Im lost i have done everything, Changed my radius, uninstall/reinstall, moved locations. still nothing.
