Pokefarmer not responding

Hello I'm running the bot on my surface pro 3 windows 10 and it has been working great until I brought it to work with me today and now all of a sudden every time I hit start bot it says not respending. Please assist asap in detail I'm not very tech savvy. Thanks in advance.

I had to remove the program due to the issue to try to re-download maybe it's just my works server when I get home I'll try again. Is their a way u can message me for clearer instruction please

I'm having a similar problem I have my skype ready if you need to take control of my pc
