Pokefarmer progress link to mobile app?

Sorry if this question appears to be stupid but I am new to Pokemon Go and I am wondering the farming progress with this bot, does it link to the mobile app on your iphone or andriod?

it doesn't, make sure you're not running the app on your phone while the bot on your pc is running or you will get a soft ban.
Also consider waiting the travel time needed in real life before running your bot in a different location from the previous one.

Edit.
Ofcourse after you let the bot running and shut it down, your data will be updated on your phone as well.
