Pokefarmer not letting me access the app

I downloaded pokefarmer and unzipped to the file location. After getting a product key and upon clicking the .exe file, I get this error message pictured below saying "insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service". I used the app a few weeks ago with no problems but now it's not working. I don't have a log since it is an issue prior to actually running the app, so I can't post it here as per the guidelines.

Yes, Avira. But it was enabled the first time I used it and it didn't interfere.

I have and still same error message. I had Avira with proper exceptions about 2 weeks ago and Pokefarmer worked fine. Yesterday I downloaded the pokefarmer.zip again in case there was a new version and this error message has popped up ever since attempting to use .exe file. I have restarted computer etc to see if it was a fluke but the same message still persists.

Okay disable Avira, and try. Let me know, because i know the new version creates a false positive for some AVs
