pokefarmer keep looting same pokestop

i saw tons of people brought this up that the bot keep looting same pokestop without moving. im having same issue here as well, once again, it is not soft ban for sure, because i still can catch the pokemons if i uncheck the looting pokestop.
i attached the logs here. Again, we paid this bot, we hope u can notice this, instead of keeping avoiding this issue.
