Pokefarmer don't working

My pokefarmer need a update because pokemon have updated, i have that problem since 7 days.
That's normal or not? Very sorry for my english :s

game patched, they're making it 'safe' again. keep opening the client, it does an automatic check to see if its using the latest version or not so when it updates it should tell you there. also, they should refund us the lost time. (I believe)

Anyone know if it checks for updates before or after it checks the auth key ?
