pokefarmer debug when start

When i press start at the "bot" it will not start.. It takes some time and then it comes up that the program do not answer.. I haven't been able to write my username and password either

after I clicked the pokefarmer program, Pokefarmer window is going to Not Responding status. Does anybody answer me what is going on now?
