Yes. Already tried to reinstall all C++ x86 versions and that procedure you tell guys with problems on forum.

Tried with an Google account. Works fine. But i need PTC.

You made sure teh PTC is verified? because i'm running a PTC account and it's fine.

No, just with my PTC account. Which is the one im trying to level up. With google it works fine.
