Pokefarmer cant start up

Hi there! I just bought pokefarmer, but i cant get it to work.
it shows me this error message, and i have installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Update 3 (x86)
does anyone know what to do?

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
install this https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
restart

I tried everything you said and it still doesnt work.
