PokeFarmer attempts to loot recently looted pokestop repeatedly

Can anyone please help me.
PokeFarmer attempts to loot recently looted pokestop repeatedly.
I have refreshed IP / rebooted / multiple clean installs / no firewall / no antivirus / not softban

This has been an issue for me since at least 3 versions (couple weeks) but i'm unable to come up with a fix.
It seems to be unable to determine if a stop has been looted already or not.

Log (attached) show a server connection problem after it connects and attempts 20 min snapshot.
Bot does not move to another stop.
